Ư¡
Orthodontic-surgical treatment of dentofacial deformities is a continually evolving discipline whose practice is becoming more widespread.
This book was written for orthodontists and maxillofacial surgeons who are already working in this fascinating field, as well as for those who are preparing to do so. Drawing on more than 30 years of clinical experience, I have illustrated in this text the essential aspects of treatment of dentofacial anomalies while avoiding long theoretical explanations.
My primary aim is to achieve clarity and simplicity so that orthodontists can more easily understand the surgical problems involved in such treatment, and likewise surgeons can become more familiar with the orthodontic aspects.
